Simple. Pure. Reliable. Absolutely noise-free. No voltage gain. No noise. It was the cleanest, most transparent preamp I could find for less than $1000 back around 2001. Incredible value, especially used. The technology on passive preamps doesn't advance every year as does the tech for active or digital gear.

This was the center of my component system, mixing with NAD, Odyssey Audio & Magneplanars. I'm now downsizing to an integrated for domestic tranquility. I'm the original owner. Look for my OBH-11SE headphone amp hereabouts too. They're a great pair.
p.s. YES, it includes the remote - sorry I didn't get that into the photoshoot.
