Questions for the seller
What was this amp used for? Can you tell me when it was manufactured and the serial number? Thanks Steve
Hi, I used two of these as woofer amps in my living room hi-fi. Complete overkill I know, but the system was set up as a dual mono system, so I used two of these, each in mono. They powered the woofer section of a set of Legacy Whispers. The upper amps were McCormack DNA 0.5's. I upgraded the McCormacks to amps that were a little stiffer in the bass, so don't need to bi-amp any longer. Needless to say, the Crowns barely broke a sweat. I'm keeping one of the Crowns and selling the other. Serial number is #[filtered]. I purchased them from Musician's Friend in June of 2007. I don't have much confidence in the Audiogon notification system since they revised it. Would you mind responding so I know you received this? Thanks much and let me know if I can answer any other questions. Jim
