MHDT Laboratory Havana NOS, tube buffered DAC. Superb, with lots of extra tubes

Exceptional NOS (Non Over Sampling) DAC very highly regarded that doesn't come up too often for sale. Do a little research and you'll find that the MHDT's are highly regarded and one of the smoothest. most "musical" DAC's you can buy. I've had a number of these over the years and they have always outperformed anything else in sheer listenability. Only reason I'm selling is because I'm moving to a preamp/DAC combo so my MHDT needs a new home. It's very possible I may wind up coming back to one again, even with a fancy schmancy new one! Along with the DAC I'll include the following tubes that you can roll in and out (not sure of actual age on any of these, but all work well:

• Western Electric JW Milspec 2C51, highly recommended by MHDT and sounds spectacular!


• Tung Sol 2C51


• Sylvania 2C51


• RCA 5670


• Russian Mil Spec 6N3P-EB


• Bendix 6385 (great sounding, but may be going bad... sounding a little weak and noisy but I'll throw it in)

The unit will be expertly packed for safe arrival. no power cord or manual (MHDT doesn't use manuals) are included.
