Well I bought this and there was scuffs on the unit face next to the display and one one the side left near the front at the bottom. The rca jack also came loose on the back of the dac when using the MIT twist to tighten ic's. This did not happen to my original Perfectwave mk2 with the same ic's so its the fault of the DAC. You can put in looser ic's and it wont pull it off but it happened twice with the mit's. I have the warranty sheet but rather than pay to send it to ps audio I am just going to sell it and be done.
