This is a very rare piece.The DAC has been completely upgraded with all Black Gate caps and additional transformers delivering unparalleled distinction, detail and originality for absolutely beautiful sound. See the pictures for the upgrades. The second uncovered photo with the white background illustrates the upgrades. I contacted the seller who was the original owner when I bout them 5 years ago and he said that the upgrades were done by Resolution Audio in 2010.

| When was the upgrade performed and was it by Resolution[Steve Huntley] Audio? My apologies for the inordinate delay in response. I purchased the unit 5 years ago from the original owner and the upgrades were done. To my knowledge they were not done by RA.
