This is a very clean Dynaco PAS3 Tube Preamp. Works on both channel. No hum or static. It looks all original, no mods obvious to me. Tubes are two Japaneses and rest made in USA. No Chinese/Russian/East European tubes. Basically very hard to find any scratches on faceplate or the case cover. Inside is also clean. No rust spots. Some letters on the front have been rubbed off. The Selector is hard to turn, same on Balance. Rating 6/10 is mainly the age, and the aforementioned issues.
