Specs: this was a speaker made in the mid 90's called the Legend with a 6.5" treated paper cone/butyl rubber surround mid-bass unit and a SEAS H535 aluminum dome tweeter. 4th order x-over derived with help from Albert Von Schweikert. Response was +/- 3db from 38-20k at about 87 db efficiency.

2-way floorstanding quasi-transmission line speakers w/front slotted port. These are prototype speakers from an audio manufacturer that did not pursue the line. These are industrial looking, but no damage or issues. Shipping Dimensions don't allow for fractions, so they are 43 1/2" High x 9 1/2" Wide x 10 1/2" Deep. The bases, which are ~ 7/8"" tall (and are included in the overall height) are themselves 12 1/2" Deep x ~ 13 1/2" wide. I didn't weigh them but I don't think they're over 50 lbs. ea.

I have never charged any silly handling fees, packing material fees, etc. but I simply do not have a box big enough to ship both of these SAFELY! I have a box big enough, but would have to modify by adding on another box to extend the height, so I would rather sell locally or I can deliver within an (approx) 100 mile radius from Richmond, VA for a nominal fee of $50 at my asking price during the daytime during the week. This does not include the area North of the beltway or East of Hampton Roads bridge tunnel. The area also extends to the 81/64 split & NC line.

However, if you need these shipped, it will take at least a week to get enough material together, as the cost from a "shipping store" to pack/ship would prob. equal or exceed the selling price.

I do not use paypal. I have used wire transfer quite successfully, especially with overseas transactions.
