The B&W HTM61 Centre Channel Speaker is the larger of the two centre speakers in the 600 Series, and is tailor-made to partner either of the two floorstanding main speakers (the 683 or 684) in a commanding home theatre system.

It’s an impressive piece of equipment in itself: a full, three-way speaker comprising a 165mm diameter Kevlar® bass/midrange, a 150mm diameter Kevlar® midrange with FST cone surround technology, and a Nautilus™ tube-loaded tweeter. It doesn’t have to be laid horizontal beneath the screen, as is the custom with centre speakers. If space is lacking, stand it upright. Either way, the B&W HTM61 Centre Channel Speaker is cut out for centre stage.
