Great sounding studio monitors released in the late 90's only in the Japanese market (purchased in Japan in 1997). These speakers came in second in issue #132 of Stereo Sound Magazine (Japan's top high end audio magazine) for Speakers of the Year. The speakers were rarely used and sat in a temperature controlled warehouse, as over the past 7 years I have been on another overseas assignment and did not move them to the overseas location. Speakers are perfect, but one of the grilles has a ding on the surface as well as one of the side wooden frame being broken requiring repair (happened while moving). Pick up in Temple City, California only. Will include cast iron speaker stands (see photos) free of charge.
