A beautiful pair of Pat McGinty's outstanding Meadowlark Osprey speakers. Perfect marriage of craftsmanship, technical performance and artistic creativity. These speakers are perfect sounding (all drivers look brand new) and cosmetically in excellent condition. Made from Pennsylvania cherry hardwood with a contrasting maple stringer on the front. Specs:

Woofer: Scan Speak carbon graphite 7-inch woofer married to a BASSIC bass alignment.

Connector: Five way gold plated loudspeaker binding posts
Internal: All connections are point to point silver soldered by hand and internal wire is Tara RSC. The Osprey is set up for bi-wiring.

| Is this company still in business? The website url is avaiable for sale and the phone has been disconnected. How are service issues handled when a company shuts down? Can any experienced audiophile service company service any speaker? No. Meadowlark has been out of business for some time. I guess an audiophile repair service could repair based on what was wrong. At this time I have an offer I haven't closed on yet (not till next weekend), so for now they are sold, but you never know what could happen. Thanks for your question. |
