Shahinian has been manufacturing in Long Island, NY for four decades, but their loudspeakers are rarely found in the U.S. The vast majority of production are shipped overseas to music lovers worldwide..The unique design of the Obelisk provides a window into the space of the concert hall, jazz club, or recording studio. Lots of positive reviews online. This pair was made in 2004, retailing for approximately $4500, and they are the latest version prior to the current production Mark 2, which now retail for $9250. Excellent cosmetics and fully operational. Reason for sale; I've moved up the Shahinian line to Diapasons.
