The TLS20 is a high performance slim tower speaker used for 2 channel music or a home cinema application.

We have 2 pair in Aluminum and 1 pair in red finish.

The Talis TLS 20 is the smallest of the family. Unbelievably slim and delicate looking, the TLS 20 is still a solid main or surround speaker. The cabinet is barely over 11 cm wide, just 11 cm deep and 95 cm high, but it radiates a truly sparkling sound image. Three bass / mid-range drivers with extremely long voice coils, high-strength aluminium cones and powerful magnets generate an impressively rich bass, and are also capable of handling enormous levels cleanly and with absolute precision. Two of these superb drivers are employed as the bass / mid-range units, positioned around the annular tweeter in the D’Apolito arrangement; the lower one acting purely as a bass unit. The drive unit layout is the key to this magic box’s superb imaging capability, wide dynamic range, tremendous peak handling characteristics and natural, lively character.

The aluminium cabinet is extremely hard and rigid, but comprehensive damping measures have been applied to render it entirely devoid of cabinet resonances and any hint of metallic coloration.

The sophisticated 2½-way crossover unit is constructed using extremely low-loss components, and makes an important contribution to the loudspeaker’s excellent efficiency and good transient behaviour.

A special low bass equalisation circuit noticeably extends the bottom limit frequency and the speaker’s maximum load capacity. Upon request the TLS 20 can also be supplied in active form; this version is known as the TLS 20A, and it features an active crossover unit and an integral three-channel power amplifier generating 3 x 60 Watts. In this form it is the ideal complement for a relatively low-power receiver or amplifier in a large room, or for a source device with a regulated output.
