Vandersteen Quatro black cloth/birch trim includes M5-HP high-pass xovers

FS: Vandersteen Quatro, these are black cloth with Birch wood end caps (this pair does not have the carbon tweeter). The speakers are full range and dip into the low 20 Hz region in my room. Each speaker feature a powered built-in subwoofer in the lower half of the cabinet with an 11 band compensation EQ. This allows for accurate bass integration for any given listening room. These speakers image amazingly well and its what caught Mike Fremer's attention when he requested a review pair stating that they image better than his top of the range Wilson Audio speakers. The current retail price for the latest version of the Quatro CT with the M5-HP high-pass crossover is $15,000. This pair will give you a huge slice of what a new pair is capable of and save you a whole lot of money if you decide to move on to different speakers. I have the original shipping containers for the speakers and will pack them very securely, I also have the original manual, single ended (RCA) M5-HP crossovers the original front feet/spikes, and an extra set of front feet/spikes that allow one to set the rake angle a bit steeper for closer listening in smaller rooms. Serial numbers are 1164 and 1165 which date from 2005 or thereabouts. Old Dominion Freight Lines and UPS Freight are recommended, the cost to ship the pair of speakers to most destinations in the US is approx. $200-300.
