Extremely nice Verity Parsifal Encores with the factory flight cases in original piano black lacquer. Never damaged, never modified, excellent original speaker grilles, no marks or blemishes worthy of mention, and conservatively rated at 8/10 only due to age. Very refined detailed sound with the added benefit of reversible lower woofer cabinets to tailor the speakers to your listening room. Always used with tube gear, never abused, and only one owner other than the dealer. These will ship in the original foam-lined hard-cover flight cases; one is 17x23x16, the other 27x32x19, with a combined weight of 225 lbs.. Very nice speakers.

| How would I pay for it? I can't audition but just base on your critical evaluation. Are you a dealer? Sam, Verity Parsifals have been highly regarded since their inception. In their now $23,500 price range there are many options and Parsifals easily stand up to the competition by Wilson, Revel, B&W, & others. The first time my wife & I heard them, we were mesmerized. They are very pleasant from top to bottom; with a detailed life-like presentation that is very musical; not etched; and that does not induce listener fatigue. They sound much larger than their footprint and produce a wide, high sound stage. I prefer them with the woofers facing me; their bass has more impact in this orientation. Verity recommends amps with 50 watts or more and although 50 will drive them acceptably, more is better, providing additional dynamics & impact. My current Quicksilver V4s (125 watts) do a spectacular job. Dave |
