The Grimm generates 44.1, 48, 88, 96, 176 and 192 kHz clock rates, and has a variety of back-panel controls for matching impedance and adjusting phase.

The Grimm CC-1 also usually outperforms much more expensive "atomic" clocks, even ones costing thousands of dollars more, because the Grimm has much lower phase noise, especially in the critical 0-100 Hz region. Low phase noise is what counts in the audio world.
