Audioquest Sky XLR 1 meter

Audioquest Sky XLR 1 meter. Original owner, they look and sound great, I conservativly gave them an 8 because there are small scuff marks on one of the battery packs but otherwise in perfect condition. You have to look close to see the scratches. Batteries test good. I got them on sale st Elusive a Disc. I providing the original invoice to verify authenticity. I have the original box but can't find it, it may still turn up but I can't guarantee it.
Triple Balanced: The 3 conductors in "Triple Balanced" Sky cable insure that whether prepared with RCA or XLR plugs, the positive and negative signals have equally low distortion conducting paths. The 100% coverage shield is never used as an inferior audio conductor. 
PSS Conductors: Solid conductors prevent strand interaction, a major source of cable distortion. Extremely high-purity Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) minimizes distortion caused by grain boundaries which exist within any metal conductor, eliminating harshness and greatly increasing clarity compared to all other conducting materials. 
FEP Air-Tubes: Air is the best insulation because it does not absorb and later release energy. FEP is the best extrudable solid insulation because it absorbs less than other materials. The large FEP Air-Tubes used in Sky have almost nothing but air around the PSS conductors. 
Dielectric-Bias System (patent pending): Greatly improved performance is made possible by a constant 72 volt charge on all Sky?s insulation. As 72 volts is far above the voltage of an audio signal, the result is considerably more transparency and dynamics than possible even from a cable in continuous use, with equipment that is never turned off. Because DBS battery packs are attached when Sky cables are assembled, Sky does not require an additional run-in period. Because there is no "load" on the two standard hardware-store batteries, they will last for years. A test button and LED allow for occasional verification of battery performance. 
Welded Plugs: 8,000 amps is used to weld RCA plugs to Sky, creating a perfect connection alloy where the cable and plug meet. A thick direct-silver plating provides the best possible connection.
