For Sale:
This is a pair of lightly used vintage JBL 136A Alnico 15" woofers. They have had a really nice recone job done Jan 2006 and they are from a low humidity environment so the foam is still great. These are standard equipment in the JBL L300 and the 136A/2235 are used in most of the really good JBL vintage studio monitors where high wattage handling 15" drivers are needed that also deliver detailed dynamics as well. Wonderful sounding speakers - I am not selling them because I found something better, just because I need a new car.
Close serial numbers: 22885, 22954.
Probably made in the same week.
These are heavy speakers and shipping within the US will be $80. They will be carefully packaged to avoid damage.
