JVC QL-A7 Turntable

JVC's High-end turntable design with photokinetic end-of-play mechanism,which automatically lifts the tonearm and stops the platter,for a no contact error free operation and reduced tonearm mass for improved arm sensitivity.Pros: The Cue lever is up front ( a very nice feature.)Table has an updated 14 gauge power cord with ground,also an upgraded oxygen free interconnect with gold plated rca's.Perfect and stable speed.Dust cover has side "lifts" and is in excellent condition along with Hinges.Tonearm (same as QL-8 & QL-10) base is all metal with simple VTA adjustment and has original headshell with a NEW Audio Technica AT 3482P cartridge.( not a high-end cartridge,but I wanted to include one with the table for a buyer that doesn't have a cartridge)Cuing control lift has fresh silicon fluid.Cons:Base has light marks on two corners, one on left back,other on left front.(Not visible with camera) Touch sense controls work well ,unless finger tips have VERY dry skin,then slight moisture is needed on skin before tapping the touch sensor controls. Counter weight on tonearm droops a bit which is very common and does not affect performance.NOTE: Table also comes with:QL-A7 Brochure,Instruction Manual,Service manual and Service Manual (tonearm UA-7045)). Will package extremely well with platter removed for safe transport.
