This iKRX-1 is a 2/3 way crossover with all RCA connectors and external power supply. It's currently set up as a two-way with a 133Hz crossover point. 133Hz is a nice spot for sub integration. Rated 7/10 for age only. No box, no manual, no remote. Absolutely no rack rash and a very attractive face.

These are remarkable units that have truely stood the test of time. In every setup that I've had my system has always soundeed better with the Krell in the chain than out. I even preferred them over the pair of PASS XVRs that I had. They also have enough gain that theiy pair well with a passive pre.

Questions for the seller
Hello How to I use the 4 cards? Thanks.
Hooking up the KRX couldn't be easier; just connect your system the the left and right RCA inputs on the KRX and then your amp connects to the low output for bass and your amp for the frequencies above 133Hz connects to the MID outputs on the KRX. In a two way setup like this the HIGH output on the KRX is not used. Two cards handle low pass at 133Hz and the other two handle left and right high-pass.
Hi Would shipping to the UK be an option? Also, how easy is it to adjust x-over frequencies? Do you know if Krell still supply cards? Thanks in advance Gabriel
I may be able to ship via UPS to the UK, but it would be at the buyers expense ([filtered] your address and I'll punch it in to the UPS system at work. mr.herrmann@[filtered].com). These units are not very flexible with crossover points. They are best suited to situations where no changes are needed. I've contacted Krell and they no longer stock the cards for the KRX. They can modify an existing set of cards to the customers specification. I have two of these units and I'm keeping one. I have card sets at 100Hz, 133Hz, and 333Hz. You could select which one set (4cards) that you would like. I prefer to keep the 333Hz because they work well with by planar magnetic drivers, but If you would like them you are certainly welcome to have them.
