Krell Showcase 7.1 Sell or Trade

Selling my Krell Showcase 7.1 this is my first listing only because I forgot the password to my old account (from many years ago) and apparently no longer have the email address associated with it.

The only reason I am selling is that I have tinnitus which has gotten worse lately, and I can no longer enjoy music as I once did, so moving more toward home theater.

This is a fully balanced processor/preamp. 7.1 / DTS / THX-Ultra 2 / Dolby Digital / DTS Neo-6 / Dolby Pro Logic II. Originally $4000, and can still be used today with the multichannel analog inputs for SACD, True-HD, DTS-MA, etc.. Incredibly clean sounding unit. Amazing on two channel.

I am selling the unit for $1050 (this includes the 3% paypal, so if you come pick it up or don't use paypal, you can subtract $30). I'm being conservative in rating it 8/10. Pickup is fine, and I am in the San Francisco East Bay area.

Has original box (though Krell boxes weren't always the best), remote, etc. I am not sure if I still have the manual, but it's online in PDF and can be printed.
