Vandersteen 3a Sig

Overall excellent condition. The wood has a small scratch visible on one of the bottoms. The cloth has several very small little imperfections which were caused by a cat we were house sitting who loved to climb up them and sit on the top. They are so small I can't get them to show in a picture. The serial numbers are 7176A and 7177A. I purchased the speakers from David Weinhart (Weinhart Design, Los Angeles). I don't have the original boxes, but I will box them in the same box David sent them to me in. The stands pictured are included and will be shipped in a separate package. Shipping is included in the price. I called Vandersteen and talked to Richard to ask what the original manufacture date was. He told me they do not keep records that would match serial numbers to a date. He did venture to say that they were at least five years old, and probably closer to 10. They play perfectly. According to the Audiogon Blue book, the average used price for them is $2284.
