JBL Synthesis S-7165. 7x165W. This is an exceptional amplifier. Very powerful, yet with a very low background noise (signal-to-noise ratio >100dB). Designed and manufactured in USA by ATI.   

I am the original owner and purchased this amp new from an authorized JBL dealer 3 years ago (the included packing slip signed by JBL staff "M.L." shows the amp left the factory floor late 2012). The amplifier is cosmetically in new condition and of course fully funtional. It ships with manual, power cord, and trigger cord in original box complete with wooden inserts.
 
Please note that this amp is heavy. The amp by itself weighs in at 91.2 lbs. The packaging and accessories are an additional 22 lbs because of the heavy plywood inserts. (Actual weight 114lbs, but listing at 120lbs for more accurate cost since Audiogon does let me specify pickup fees. This amp is too heavy for me to drop off!). Priced to sell (obviously).

Oh, and least but not last: Look at the condition of the shipping box - like new, just like the amp. I'm the kind of perfectionist that will scrap an amp because it has a hairline scratch, so believe me when I say you're going to get the best. I switched to an all-digital solution which is why I no longer need this amp. (I have two of these amps for sale).
