Up for sale is the amazzzzzing hybrid DAC from German high-end audio gurus Accustic Arts...German precision at it's finest!

This DAC has blown me away SO much that I am going to spring for it's successor which is due out this month. The DAC2 MK3

This is their reference series dac and is a phenomenal music making machine. Look at the supplied image of the inside of this piece and it should give you an idea of how precisely the design has been executed.

The tube section has its very own power supply; attention to detail at its finest, that's why high end audio costs what it does, it's all about signal purity. Completely hand made in Germany, with top notch customer service, as you would expect from a company like this; Martin Schunk himself answered my emails when I had questions

Pristine and accurate sound, with balanced tube warmth.. Unit is mint, and functions flawlessly. 5 inputs, so multiple source components can be attached. USB is 24/96, toslink and spdif is 24/192, has AES and BNC for CD transport as well I believe. I found some small marks, couldn't even capture with camera.. very minor, and price adjusted for them. If you really want to step up your digital playback, this is your chance;

Accustic Arts makes world class gear. I have the original box and all documentation, it has upgraded fuses as well. The pic of the interior is shown in depth on the 6moons review. . For this price, you will not even sniff this type of performance, it is a steal.

This DAC retails for $10K.. It is a little over 3 yrs ago. Perfect condition aesthetically and functionally. I am the 2nd owner.

It is incredible to look at and even more so to listen to. You do not see these up for sale often and for very good reason. Here's your chance!!

I've replaced the stock tubes for a marked improvement with the Telefunken 12AX7/ECC83 ($175) and the stock fuses with Furutech Select Series Audiophile Fuse ($75) (both installed) a great upgrade on an already breathtaking component.
