2d PRICE DROP! For sale is a DCS Elgar. The Elgar is in superb condition (8/10 only due to age) with all original packaging. This is an amazing dac that delivers incredible musicality and extension. Though we are captivated by specifications today (you can buy a 768 khz dac for $63 on Amazon), execution of design is of critical importance and DCS struck a home run with this dac when it first came out. Today is no different. It’s robust power supply ensures the dac is performing optimally unlike many of the DACs today which are severely under and poorly powered. This is the Elgar not the plus.
