Fisher 80az

Up for sale:  This is a restored pair of Fisher Mono Block Amps including: RCA jack inputs, speaker binding posts, power switch and detachable cable, with new capacitors. The knobs are original. The chassis have been thoroughly restored and painted black. The Amps were restored approximately 12+ years ago.

I received these as a gift from my brother-in-law approx. 12 years ago and have been using them to drive my Tyler Acoustic speakers (my base cabinet speakers have their own built-in amps) the entire time. The amps are in nice, clean condition with little to no blemishes. Please note that the fronts have been maintained in original condition, and therefore have a distinct patina.

The amps are totally functional and work well with my system. The sound is very warm. The tubes are at least 12 years old and play fine, but the buyer may want to consider replacing them at some point in the future. New tubes will likely only improve the sound.

Of note, I have attempted to price these fairly. I realize that EBay is not necessarily the best source, but there are a currently at least two different sellers of these Fisher 80AZ amps that are in no way near the quality and condition of these restored Amps, and yet they are asking $1,000 to $1,300 for the pair.

Please review the photos. They are representative of their condition. The look and play nicely. I don't know how old the tubes are, so I will be unable to speak to them in any real detail, thus I've included a number of photos of the tubes and resistors.

The amps are complete with one exception: the light dials have not worked since I have owned them,
