B&W (Bowers & Wilkins) 684 S2 [Template]

Reluctantly selling my wonderful Bowers and Wilkins home theater
speakers due to space reasons in our apartment with the arrival of our
new son. All speakers were purchased from Magnolia a little over 2
years ago and used for movies and music listening in our small second
bedroom as a home theater setup with a Marantz receiver and for music
listening with a Rega RP1 turntable and later a Rega Brio-R stereo
amplifier. They have been pampered and really look as if they are new.
I have all of the spikes/floor pads/foam plugs photographed which I
have never used since I like full strong bass and didn't want to mark
our rental unit carpet with spikes. These are the currently selling
"s2" model that will run you $1150 for the mains and $450 for the
center.



If you are looking for a set of speakers that doubles for HiFi listening
(bass is strong and full without a sub) and provides crystal clear
sound in a home theater setup provided you have a small to medium size
room, look no further. For compact floorstanders, these are probably
the best that money (well for less than a few grand) can buy.
