For sale is Audio Research PH5 phono stage. I am the second owner of this device. The PH5 is in mint condition and
works/functions perfectly. I purchased
the unit with new tubes.
Conservatively, the PH5 was used less than 10 hours and was housed along
with other components in my audio room.
Recently A/B compared with the PH9.
Other than cosmetic changes, both devices sound very very close. I rate the PH5 8/10 only for its age.
