McIntosh MAC-1700

McIntosh-made in the USA by very proud men and women who emphasize the very best quality. Made between 1967 and 1972 this 1700 has always worked fine but I had it professionally serviced at FT WORTH AUDIO by Les who’s been specializing in vintage electronics for 38 years. Here is a quote from him of what he did to the unit.
"All electrolytic capacitors in the left and right low level input stage have been changed. This includes phono, tuner and tape head. All electrolytic caps in amp stage both channels have been replaced to insure stable feedback for gain and phase. FM front end is calibrated and discriminator adjusted. All controls and switches are clean. All lamps replaced and all RCA jacks are deoxidized."
I am really impressed with Les. He put a lot of love and care and time into this unit. I’m not a dealer and I dont buy and sell stuff. This is a one time venture for me.

There’s a legitimate shipping company less than a mile from my location called post & print that can handle the shipping.
