Here we have a NOS pair of RCA made, Phillips branded double black plate 2A3 tubes from the 40's. These are in engraved base Made in the USA as seen in the pics, and are in excellent condition. These are well tested, and also tried out in a Don Garber 2a3 amp to insure they sounded great, and they do.
