A McIntosh MCD1000 Reference CD Transport and MDA1000 Reference Digital/Analog Converter was demonstration models. Production date of the two units is 2008 and the MCD1000 was sent back to McIntosh about 7 months ago to replace the laser.  The MCD1000 was displayed for one month.  Both units has been packed in the box since then.   Missing are the remote control.  Original manuals and all the packaging comes with both the units. The two items is a 8.5 out of 10 condition.  You may rate the condition higher than me after looking at the pictures but I am rating the condition at a level of expectation as the potential owner would not be disputing what condition they are . Price is set to accommodate for no remote and to sell!
