This the top of the line noise suppressing line conditioner Topaz 5kVA Ultra Isolator Line Noise Suppressor transformer. It’s difficult to impossible to find with the 0.0005pf (1 trillionth of a farad!) capacitance and in this almost new condition .

This unit regenerates ultra clean power with enormous amounts of headroom and noise suppression: greater than 146 dB (attenuation) throughout the audible spectrum up to 20kHz. That equates to a 20,000,000-to-1 reduction of common-mode noise. It also provides 65 dB (1780:1) reduction of normal-mode noise.
