For sale is my trusty and excellent Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum. I purchased new in 2014 from HiFi Heaven and I have proof of ownership, manual, remote, stock power cord and original boxing.
This is the KT120 power tube version. All tubes were replaced in 2018 with matching Northern Electric tubes. I’d say less than 50 hours total. At my asking price I will also include some NoS Bugle Boy and RCA tubes plus the Tung Sol matching set that came original with the amp (additional tubes will ship separately at buyer’s expense).
Optionally included at the buyer's request is the amp cover which I purchased separately for $125 (amp cover will ship separately at buyer’s expense).
Single owner in a no pet, no smoke environment. There are no marks or blemishes and this amp has served me well however it’s time for a stand alone amp. I started my journey with this integrated but have since replaced most functions with separates except for the use of the amp section.
Price is $1,495 (net to me). I will also consider trade or trade and cash for Pass Labs and First Watt amps.

| how is the bass response of this amp. My cary slides-80 just bit the dust after the right channel triode to ultraliniar switch to stuck. I have been less than satisfied with the cary in terms of bass response. I have vandersteen 2ce sig II Hi and thank you for your question. To put it in perspective I’m driving Zu audio Soul MKII’s with the Rogue Cronus Magnum and with very defined, fast and articulate bass. The Zu’s bandwidth/frequency response go down to 45 hz which isn’t much. Your Vandy’s are dip even lower @ 29 hz so you should experience good bass response.
This KT120 version will give you 100 watts into 8 ohms so plenty of power on hand.
