We honestly believe that the Audia Flight FL Three S may be the finest integrated amplifier available in the world at its price point. This amplifier is a true reference grade product at an entry level price and is designed and hand built entirely in Italy. Build quality and technologically advancements are unparalleled! Conservatively rated at 100w/ch into 8ohms (160w/ch into 4ohms), this high current amplifier will drive virtually any commensurate full range loudspeaker to robust levels while providing a neutral and incredibly musical presentation. We have yet to hear the quality of deep and controlled bass in any other comparatively priced product that the FL Three provides. (Note that these are also substantial units in both size and weight.)
These particular pieces are brand new and sealed. We do have just a couple of these amps remaining in the beautiful black finish (4). These are base versions (w/o DAC or Phono boards, however we do have one remaining demo unit in Silver with DAC and Phono (offered at a $2450 asking price. Adding to these unit's versatility are three additional RCA analog inputs, one XLR input, a monitor/recording input, and excellent headphone input. This offering is part of our Audia Flight inventory closeout and these FL Three S models are nearly gone. Take advantage these remaining units as there will be no more! | Regarding the demo unit with the DAC, can you hook a USB connector from a computer? How much use as a demo has it gotten? I am very interested in the integrated amp and am wondering how much more the demo can do since I am not likely to run a turntable any time soon. Thx. Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the FL Three S Integrated amps w/ DAC option can be run with a computer via USB interface. the units also come with a driver disc for various applications. If only connecting a server or transport we have not needed to use the drivers. The Silver demo unit has had a fair amount of demo use including several trade shows, but has never been preowned or out of our hands. I would say that the DAC section, however, likely only has about 20 hours. Also, we have never experienced a failure of a FL Three S amplifier. Thanks, |
