J-Corder Technics 1520 for sale with upgraded pinch rollers. Has both line and mic inputs, headphone (1/4") and line (XLR and RCA) outputs. In flawless working condition with aluminum NAB (tape) hubs and gold-toned takeup reel (made by J-Corder themselves). Feel free to ask questions or make an offer. (No "lowball" offers, please.) The back panel is mostly heavy-duty MDF with the XLR and RCA connectors installed in it. I am open to shipping with the right buyer; but this is both very heavy and somewhat delicate so packing and shipping any real distance could cost a lot. So, mostly, this is local pickup only. Thank you.
This beautiful J-Corder restoration of a Technics 1520 R2R deck sounds amazing without even considering a separate tape head amp at all It has both balanced and unbalanced inputs and outputs as well as built in mic preamps for dynamic mics and a 1/4 TRS headphone socket / jack for monitoring and quing tape. This is only about three years old and virtually unused because I just can't get into tape at my age. Still, it does both work and sound amazing. Thank you very much.
