The Otello was introduced by Verity Audio in Munich in May, 2017 so this is a very new design, incorporating many driver, crossover and cabinet improvements over older models. My pair is only 11 months old and finished in the beautiful gloss Makore finish. This is a 3-way loudspeaker with 2 woofers on the back panel for powerful, accurate bass reproduction. The woofer cabinet and the tweeter/midrange cabinet are isolated cabinets, and this model includes the new MASIS isolation support with adjustable feet. The impedance is a stable 4 ohms, and the Otello is efficient at 93 db 1W/1m. PICKUP ONLY!
