Got this practically brand new great sounding phonostage from a friend 6 months ago for an intended second system but rarely used it, thus for sale. My friend is the original owner who acquired this in early 2018 and also rarely used it. In perfect condition. Comes with the original double box. Buyer pays shipping and paypal fee (3%).

I have heard some good things about Whest
Bruce In my main system I have Aesthetix IO phonostage which sounds darker and heavier. I intended to use the Whest for a second system which never materialized. Some old dark sounding LPs just open up nicely with the Whest. Both are top notch phonostages but sound differently. Before I got the Aesthetix, I also considered Mainley Steelhead but I wanted balanced connections, so got the Aesthetix. Some reviews claim that the Whest PS.30RDT beats the Steelhead. I don't have any other high end phonostages to compare but I think the Whest is among the top performers. |
