Single owner, purchased new in 2011. Functions perfectly. Amazing sound, outperforms units far exceeding its price!!! I had it serviced to resolve a common problem and the technician pointed out that the chassis was out of alignment. There is NO impact on performance, so it was not worth repairing. (See how the transformers are not perfectly horizontal in the last photos.) Condition would be listed as "9" if it were not for this aesthetic issue.
