Up for sale I have a one-off stereo line-stage preamplifier that I built for fun. This unit is brand new and built by myself in the U.S.A. (www.aricaudio.com). It is a stereo line preamplifier with 4 sets of stereo inputs and 2 sets of outputs. It features the venerable 6922 (or 6DJ8) signal tube in an SRPP output stage (series-regulated push-pull) for excellent gain and low impedance output. The unit also features a 5U4GB rectifer tube and a pair of gas regulator tubes- a single OC3 and OA3 respectively. It is point to point wired, has a well-filtered power supply with a choke for very low noise, features gold-plated RCA jacks and tube sockets, and uses Jantzen Silver Z coupling capacitorsi in the signal stage. This unit features 15 db of gain, a response of 20-30,000 hz and an output impedance of 600 ohms nominal. It will drive virtually any amplifier tubes or solid state. This unit is very similar to my Limitless preamplifier, but uses a more robust signal tube, and lacks the phono stage or remote. It excels in having a rich, yet accurate harmonic balance to the sound. It isn't rolled-off or "woolly" in the bass, and neither are the highs rolled off or "soft". This unit has a full frequency response and simply adds a nice tube overtone to the signal it's fed. The side panels are walnut and curly maple stripe which are also made by myself in house. Warranty on this unit is a full 2 years, and included are the 5U4GB rectifier, OC3 and OA3 regulator as well as a pair of new production Telefunken 6922 tubes. Thanks for looking and all the best! Aric
Questions for the seller |

Aric that is one beautiful piece of work. By similar to Limitless, do you mean only differences are No_Phono stage, No remote ? Hi Joe! Thank you for the kind words! Yes, essentially the only differences are the lack of phono stage and remote, and this preamp actually uses a better sounding tube, The 6922 is more robust and has more character and detail than the 12au, 12at or 12ax7 variety!
