ASR EMITTER I EXCLUSIVE  The new updated edition this produced in 2018  Showcase /  Exhibit Item mostly played in our showroom, presentation room  
The condition is perfect, we can mark it as a solid MINT, MINT-, meaning once its opened its not mint anymore ) however this comes as close as it gets to perfect demo amp. I sshould also mention it hasnt been travelling to clients households playing at the store which is probably why its so well kept.   
Anyway... to brass tax then. This is the latest updated edition with all ASR updates introduced in recent years. So you basicly get the best from ASR. In terms of sonics the ASR's now are more transparent and evenly handed then the older versions. they are still on warmer side slightly although it seems that the newest dont sacrifice control and detail to present a little tube feel to the sound. All in all the best amp if you want to combine power, control, information with a feel for emotion and cohesive, slighly emotional sound.

"With the Emitter’s
excellent transparency, it was difficult to pin down a sonic character. There
was no sign of any solid-state grain, hardness, edge, haze or any sense of
artifice - nor was it fat, bloated, slow or euphonic. I didn’t find the Emitter
at all warm or soft but it didn’t sound cool or clinical either. Nothing came
across as underlined or etched. It managed to walk that fine line between the
best of solid-state and tubes without leaning into either camp. Balanced,
neutral and accurate to the source were words that also frequently came to
mind. The Emitter I was the Switzerland of amplifiers."

the Emitter I, several traits stood out: terrific see-through transparency; an incredibly low noise
floor that allowed for remarkable resolution of low-level detail; and a lovely
sense of dynamic ease and outstanding spatial resolution."

that the Emitter’s bottom end was blessedly free of that awful lumbering
synthetic droid bass that seems to be the bane of far too many high-power
solid-state amps. It was instead taut and tuneful with a good sense of forward

Reviewer on  on Emitters' construction, design and features:

+ Comprehensive
protection circuits guard against overload, override, short circuit, runaway
temperature and DC voltage. These circuits are not in series with the signal
path and should not adversely affect the amp’s sonic performance.

+ The top and bottom
panels of the main amp were smoky-tinted acrylic which ASR contends is
sonically superior to steel or aluminum.
