Modwright SWL 9.0 S.E. (Special Edition)* stereo preamplifier/linestage, functions perfectly, cosmetically excellent, second owner hence 8/10 condition rating, original packaging, comes with an expensive 1960s NOS Mullard rectifier from Andy at Vintage Tube Services ("The original Mullard "last forever" tube. Like the EL-34, the 5AR4 is as tough as nails and supplies a strong, beautifully black, velvety quiet background for the music."), a pair of premium, low-hours Philips 7119 triodes, a new Modwright remote and a DH Labs/Neotech power cable instead of the stock p.c. It has a rich and detailed sound that can be modified to your needs by rolling the triodes in the output stage. Owner's maual will br forwarded in a PDF file.
The unit will ship directly from Modwright Instruments, where it has just been tested to meet new component specifications. This is one sweet 9.0 linestage that was upgraded by Modwright Instruments to the highest level offered with tube rectification and proprietary high-end capacitors.
