One of the finest amplifiers to be found and a best option for many of the best cost no object horn and high sensitivity speakers.
Here we have a great pair of beautiful “”as new” mono block Reference amplifiers designed to give you the purity and transparency of directly-heated triodes in a single-ended, ultra-high-purity circuit topology. Designed and hand-built by Jeffrey Jackson, the legendary wizard behind Experience Music, these amps sound absolutely gorgeous on every type of music you can imagine. When paired with high-efficiency speakers (e.g., horn-loaded speakers), the synergy and immediacy is quite remarkable.
Although these units are actually less than 1 year old, and barely broken-in, the owner needs to sell them – along with the rest of his audio rig – due to a family medical situation that calls for rapid downsizing. His loss gives you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own the very best for barely one-third of the usual price! Let’s face it, Jeffrey Jackson’s custom-designed and hand-built products just don’t show up on the used market very often.

The owner has meticulously cared for these amplifiers, so they are in extremely minty condition. They have seen light use, and they have performed flawlessly -- no issues at all – although they have kept the owner up late at night listening to music when he should have been getting some sleep! Just in case you are the worrying kind, the amps do come with a 20-year warranty.
Please note the amps also come with a beautiful pair of custom isolation stands made last year by Silent Running Audio. These are the Ohio-Class XL+ stands, and they retailed for close to $6K all by themselves. Following the SRA design philosophy, these were custom-made for the weight (and weight distribution) of the amplifiers, in order to insure that vibration would be nullified to the absolute maximum extent possible. The stands have spikes on the bottom, but special “discs” are also included in case you prefer to, e.g., avoid scratching a wooden floor.
These beloved amplifiers will be very carefully packed for shipment. The SRA stands will ship separately in their own dedicated wooden shipping crates.
