Rotel RB-5000 Local Pick Up Only

I purchased this Rotel RB-5000 off of Craigslist about 7 years ago. I purchased it for 1000 assuming it did not work. The speaker connections on the back were in bad condition and the amp was untestable. The Amp also had a fuse holder that had broken off internally. 

I purchased new speaker connectors and had my tech install them as well as replace the broken internal fuse holder. Once done the amp worked and I have used it as my only amp for about 4 years now. 

It has a few small issues. 

1. One of the four meter lights is out. An easy fix for someone electrically inclined. 

2. The RCA inputs do not work. I am suspecting a bad ground on them. The amp will go into protection if you use them. I use the XLR inputs with no issues and I have RCA to XLR adapters for the new owner. 

3. There are three sets of speaker outputs A, B, and C. The A set of outputs only works for one of the speakers. Not a problem as I use the C outputs and could also use the B outputs as well. You can select on the front what outputs you want to use. 

Anyway these are rare as hens teeth and sell for quite a bit on different audio sites. 

The amp is in fair physical condition. A few screws are missing on the outer covers and the black covers could use a respray. The front face has some marks and scratches. One rubber foot is missing on the bottom. It appears to be all original minus the new speaker connectors. Not bad for a 40 year old amp that has seen plenty of use. Appears to made in 1978. Someone could easily put minimal work into this amd sell it for 2000+. I am moving and have decided to sell off all of my stereo equipment before I leave.

Amp weighs over 100 pounds.
