This is one of Nakamichi's best hifi cassette decks. Easy to operate and very reliable. Discrete three head deck. (erase, record, and playback heads) You can calibrate this deck to any quality tape with the built in adjustment panel. It allows you to adjust bias (15k tone) and levels (400hz tone) to assure the best record quality. Dolby B and C Response specs: 20 to 21,000hz THD less than.8% Ability to calibrate playback head azimuth to optimize the high frequency response. It allows any cassette tape made on any other deck to sound as good as possible. This is done with a front panel control and LED lites. High volume headphone jack Blank tape samples of all Nakamichi tapes included. This deck had one owner and it is in fabulous condition. I just replaced the main idler wheel and capstan belt. This is truly in great shape.
