Supratek Audio Chardonnay Preamplifier

From Australia, Supratek was noted for great tube design, sound, and long life. No matter the lower or higher prices, you knew you were buying quality and an interesting looking piece of stereo equipment. Since 2007, the Chardonnay has been pampered, only played at certain times. The only repair was when the Gain "Master Level" switch on the back panel loosened, and I ignored it until continued use broke a small wire inside the unit that needed to be re-soldered. NO REMOTE. NO POWER CORD. There are 5 inputs, 2 outputs, many Gain switches on top and back of preamp. Tubes used are: 6SNT (6SN7GT, GTA, GTB, GTY, ECC32) 5881 (KT66, 6L6GC) 5AR4 (GZ37, GZ32, GZ34, 5V4G) SPECIAL FEATURES: --9 levels of Gain adjustment with master switch on back and 2 triple toggle switches on top. --Vacuum tubes included:

ONE: RCA BRANDED MULLARD GZ34XF2_Long Life Great. Suprateks are noted to last a long time. Tubes are also known to last long, because of the preamp design. Each of these tubes are well built, sound great, and still have long life.
