SME TURNTABLE, MODEL 20/2, LIKE NEW. Without tonearm. A rare chance to own one of the finest turntables in the world. Built by SME in the UK who are well known for providing some of the finest turntables and tonearms since 1946. Their background is in precision engineering for the miltary and building fine turntables and tonearms. Condition is Like New. This is one of the last Model 20/2 manufactured before the Model 20/3 was released. New price is in the range of $11,000. It has been kept in storage since 2012, and hardly used prior to that. Dust free, clean, is virtually brand new, feels new with latest PSU as used in the 20/3.
Can ship and pack correctly so the bearing oil does not leak, and suspension locked so no damage occurs to the bearing during transit.
