This latest AC cord from Synergistic Research is all the hype and more. Plugging it into our McIntosh MC207 power amp, we could hear some audio improvements in terms of spatial presence, deeper bass response and generally,a more relaxed but confident music delivery from the MC207. Definitely a much improved sound over its heavy gauge stock AC cord that came with it. Even with preamps like the Audio Research Reference 3 saw improved dynamics, smoother mids and sweeter highs over its stock AC cord. Tuning bullets on it now are Gold and Black bullets. Previous owner ran a pair with his Mark Levinson monoblocks but after he swapped out the amps for a Constellation Audio stereo amp, this one became an extra.
Cable is in excellent condition. We don't have the original box but will securely pack it for safe shipping.
