The fabled JC2 BP (Theatre By-pass) pre-amp! When you google this model, you'll see that it was much-awarded and made a lot of important "pre-amp of the year" lists when it first came out. Like all Parasound equipment, it is also very reliable with fantastic sound-to-cost ratio.
I purchased this, new, in November 2018. I put it back in the box in December 2019. I’m the sole owner. It is in excellent condition with light use and has never been rack-mounted. Contacts are shiny new. Knobs and surfaces are clean and print-free.
It paired very well with my JC5 amp. Very clear, smooth sound!
I'm selling this because my new Lumin X-1 plays directly into my amp and I have no additional components.
