Outstanding Moving Coil phono Step up based on Hashimoto HM-7 MC step up transformers - Live! MC-907. This model mounts the flag ship MC step up transformers from Hashimoto Electronics. This model was custom made for me and it provides 29db of gain , suitable for MC phono cartridges with internal impedes of 2 - 7 ohms. There are no switches in this model , it uses gold plated OFHC copper WBT 0201 RCA connectors and internal hookup wire is high quality OFHC copper. The Step up transformers are also uses certified oxygen free high conductivity copper wires for its core winding, giving this step up and incredible - non compressed - transparent sound.
