I have priced this very reasonably for sale. If you want to move your sound forward and want something that can be an instant hit. This is it. 
The differences in splitting hairs here but  Also,... I have owned a GAT2 as well. Yes there is a difference that for me equates to this:  If you listen to Jazz and vocals... this series 1 is better; even for Rock.  The S2, is besting it for Symphonic listening but not vocals and Jazz....I do not know why (sans the technical differences) but I found this to be my experience.  They are both equally great, and for the money differences this is a huge let up from ET pre's including 7 that I have had. If you are a CJ fan there is nothing better that you can get yourself.
