Component History...

I purchased this McIntosh from the Original owner here on Audiogon about 11 years ago. 

All the Original Paperwork as well as the Original C-26 Manual is in pristine condition is included!

As the photos will show this Classic McIntosh is in near mint condition. There is no rust, pitting or oxidization of any kind on this component.

The Glass as well is in very fine condition as is the case with a majority of Vintage McIntosh Glass from components the inner stencil work fades a bit as in the headphone jack area with age. This particular C-26 has no serious bubbling nor is the glass marred or cracked anywhere.

All the lettering throughout the unit is in pristine condition. Its operations flawless as well. I just had tuned up and serviced by Hi-Tech Electronics here in NYC. All circuits and inputs were checked and cleaned as well as re-soldered where necessary.

This C-26 has a Phase Control as well a center Chanel Control... inputs include Tape I &Tape 2 ,Tuner, 2 Phono Inputs , Front Headphone Input ,aux.and much more ... 

Having collected McIntosh Component's over the years this is one of their very much underrated Classic Audiophile Masterpieces...

You would be hard pressed to find a C-26 in this cosmetic and working order...
